I am mom of 2 and just diagn...</title><content type='html'>Just found your blog. I am mom of 2 and just diagnosed with RA after the birth of my son. He is now 6 weeks old and born premature - severe preecamplsia - possibly due to the onset of RA. My sister also has RA and so I knew some about it before this. Now I really know... but having dealt with this for less than 2 months so far the pain management is very new to me. Getting up with a premature 6 week old in the middle of the night is especially challenging.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Reading through some of your posts your words and thoughts really resonate with me. An...</title><content type='html'>I know what you mean...it's always a surprise.  And I hate surprises.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;And when someone asks "How are you?", I always wonder if I should say "Fine" or really tell them!  I hate to tell anyone (even my husband) how I'm really feeling because then I feel like such a whiner.  I don't know how you do it with 6 kids!
