These biologics are great, but a "bit" hard on the pocketbook to pay out of pocket for them! <BR/><BR/>I wanted to mention also that I have juvenile RA, and after trying Enbrel and Humira (normal dosing of weekly and biweekly, respectively), my rheumatologist has decided to switch me to a new family of biologics. Enbrel and Humira (TNF-blockers) just didn't work well enough for me, so Orencia (T-cell "blocker") is next. Just a thought to run by your doctor in case this weekly Humira doesn't work for you.
